My practice focuses on several core areas.

In Indonesia,
I regularly handle debt recovery matters and police-led criminal proceedings, particularly cases that require strategic enforcement, negotiation, and disciplined execution.

Internationally,
my work includes company incorporation, joint venture structuring, and the execution of complex commercial transactions. I am also involved in estate and succession matters related to Indonesian asset ownership overseas, as well as advising foreign individuals and entities on the acquisition of property and land assets in Indonesia, in compliance with applicable regulations.

This combination of domestic enforcement work and cross-border transactional experience allows me to support both local and international clients with integrated, outcome-oriented legal solutions.

I maintain affiliates across 18 Asia-Pacific jurisdictions and have served two terms as Vice President of the Worldwide Independent Lawyers League (WILL), a regional legal network spanning Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
